DELIVERY TIMES AND OPTIONS
Orders are sent out three times a week and we have a range of both national and international shipping options available, including courier, standard, fast and registered post, with tracked and non-tracked options. Delivery times differ from service to service, from 1-5 days for shipments within NZ, and 1-4 weeks for international orders.

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order and the shipping method you select. Prices and options for shipping are displayed in your cart once you have entered your delivery address.

TRACKING NUMBERS:
If you have chosen a shipping service that is tracked we will load the tracking code against the appropriate order once it has been dispatched. Log in to your account to view this information.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES
IInternational orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination country's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.
